National Pay It Forward Day

April 28th Is National Pay It Forward Day

Paying it forward is that idea that when someone does someting nice for you, you turn around and do something nice for someone else. Maybe someone offered you the parking space they were waiting on or helped you carry some heavy groceries. Your goal is to now help someone else out in return.

Ideas To Pay It Forward

  • Pay for someone's coffee or food behind you in line
  • Donate to a local charity
  • Help someone you see struggling
  • Listen to someone who needs it
  • Do someone a favor
  • Compliment a stranger
  • Check up on someone who looks lonely
  • Take a veteran or law enforecement officer out to lunch

We have 7.8 billion people in the world, that's a lot of chances to spread some kindness and Pay It Forward!

No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.

If you know of someone in need of our services, please take a look at our locations to find the nearest Bio-One office near you. Stay safe!

At Bio-One, we love being able to help people during difficult times. Unfortunately, we see the aftermath of a lot of terrible situations. For us, this business is all about helping people and making something hard a little bit easier in the way we know how.

This week, April 8-14th is National Crime Victim's Rights Week. We want to show our support for crime victims and all those affected. If you know anyone who is a crime victim, take them out to lunch, ask them about their story, or do something helpful to pass on kindness.

At Bio-One, we see first hand that clutter and hoarding can overtake someone's life. It may not happen quickly but over time, it starts to affect those living in that environment and everyone around them. The third week of march starts Clutter Awareness Week.

If you or someone you know is showing signs of clutter accumulation, now is the perfect time to sit down and talk about it. This may be a difficult subject as objects can become personal and emotional as we attach our memories to them. According to the American Psychiatric Association, "The worst thing to do is to volunteer to go in and throw things away for them or to go in and throw things away when they are not around." Upsetting your loved one will only make things worse. Having a conversation and letting them know professionals can help work with them is the safest and easiest way to declutter a home.

Bio-One is here to help. We have franchises throughout the United States that are qualified and eager to help. Take a look at our locations page to find a Bio-One Franchise near you.
