"Bio-One's service is FANTASTIC and we highly recommend them! Prices are fair, work quality is first-class, communications are excellent and the results are totally perfect. We had a situation where our long-term tenants neglected to clean-up pet urine, left the house in disarray and had left food out which attracted rodents. The house was basically a disgusting mess with substantial clutter. Since we were not able to inspect it or perform the work ourselves, Bio-One provided ""before"" photos and kept us informed throughout the clean-up process involving us in decisions as to what could stay and what should be discarded. The clean-up team worked fast and the cleaning was professional and thorough. The enthusiastic cleaners were exceptionally courteous and pleasant to communicate with. The ""after"" photos showed us the final results which are totally what we wanted."

Bio-One and Billy was amazing. They are so caring in these type of situations. We worked well and they were very fast and efficient. It was a hard situation and they really know how to treat you and very professional. They went above and beyond after they were paid on a question and took care of it. It was totally not on the work order. I would truly use them again. 5 STAR

Thank you to Jason and Team for coming out to help save the day! They took care of all the feces, urine, spiderwebs, damaged furniture, and much more! House was inhabitable, and client was not able to come home until it was cleaned! still needs another day of cleaning, but they did best they could to stay within clients budget! thank so much for being so flexible and helpful!
